I know the uncertainties of Covid-19 can be scary for everyone. I understand, I even closed my practice due to the pandemic as required and then voluntarily for awhile since I became a mom right before it started and wanted to protect my family as much as possible during the unknowns.

However, I am now ready to get back to work and have taken some precautions to keep everyone, client and my family, as safe as possible.

I have been vaccinated and boosted and am willing to show you my vaccination card if you would like.

 

Mask Protocols

I require masks when you come into my home and require you wear them the whole session if you have choose, for whatever reason, to not vaccinate.

Vaccinated/boosted clients can send a picture or let me make a copy of their vaccination card and choose to wear their mask the whole time, face up only, face down, not at all during the session or whatever combination that makes them feel comfortable.

I, as your therapist, am choosing to wear a mask during intake/conclusion, and also a face shield over the mask during our session.

 

Cleaning Protocols

I have less sessions available in one day due to the cleaning protocols and a lotted time to do so to keep everyone safe.

Hand and arm washing in between clients is still done with care.

Sheets are changed in between clients as always, the blanket is also changed between clients and sent up to the washer right away. If pillows are used the pillow cases are washed and the pillows disinfected (currently only using medical pillows with a wipe able covers). My shirt worn from our session is also washed with each clients linens.

The rooms hard surfaces are all disinfected, including but not limited to the chair, side table, massage table and bolster between each client. There is also moisture barriers between the face rest cover, massage sheets and the wool blanket and heated table pad. The floor is also cleaned between clients. Medicupping unit and cups are also disinfected between clients if used. 

Hand sanitizer is available in the treatment room as well for you to use as you'd like.

Next door to the treatment room is a bathroom that is cleaned between each client as well so you can feel at ease to use the bathroom before, after or even during if you need to in a clean space just for you.
